Compatibility & tariffs

Splash already works with 15+ charger brands. The technical bit: your charger needs to support OCPP 1.6, the open standard chargers use to talk to apps. In plain terms, if it's online and reasonably recent, it almost certainly works. Check the connection guides for your brand, or message us and we'll confirm.

You can, with one small step. Plans where the cheap hours change daily, like Octopus Intelligent Go, aren't handled in-app yet. The fix: switch Smart Charging off in the Octopus app, and you'll still keep your cheap overnight window. Message us and we'll walk you through it. See how Splash works →
